The Challenge
Superstruct Entertainment’s & ID&T’s Merchandise Services, responsible for merchandise across many Superstruct brands and ID&T festivals, sought to explore whether establishing a dedicated marketing department could enhance support for its brands and drive sales growth.
Our Approach
We engaged with multiple business units and their marketeers to assess the need for a merchandise marketing specialist. We developed roadmaps, checklists, multi-year merchandise branding plans, and marketing strategies. Additionally, we created a detailed job profile with expected work hours, posted the vacancy, and successfully hired a marketing manager who will drive merchandise sales growth across all Superstruct and ID&T festival brands in the coming years.
