The Challenge
Thunderdome, the world’s most renowned and largest indoor hardcore festival and lifestyle brand, faced staffing shortages after COVID-19. They needed a full marketing department setup, including hiring and training the right people, and developing strategies to drive ticket and merchandise sales.
Our Approach
We provided marketing direction from strategy to execution, overseeing branding, merchandise planning, and community management. Our work resulted in selling out the Netherlands’ largest indoor venue, Jaarbeurs Utrecht, with 50,000 tickets in just 10 minutes.
