The Challenge

Decibel Outdoor, one of the top 3 largest dance festivals in the Netherlands, faced significant staffing shortages after COVID-19. B2S needed a fully operational marketing department to drive ticket sales and implement data-driven operations.

Our Approach

We transformed B2S into a data-driven organization by implementing a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and setting up marketing automation. Additionally, we took on the full marketing direction role, hiring and training staff, developing plans and strategies, which resulted in Decibel Outdoor achieving its best-selling editions ever.
