The Challenge
A Nightmare in Rotterdam, one of the world’s first major hardcore events, needed to be reintroduced to the market after years of absence. Post-COVID staffing shortages meant B2S required a full marketing department setup.
Our Approach
We transformed B2S into a data-driven organization by implementing a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing automation. As marketing directors, we hired and trained staff, developed strategic plans, and successfully reintroduced A Nightmare in Rotterdam, selling 10,000 tickets.
