The Challenge

By The Creek, a multi-genre festival in Utrecht under an iconic bridge, faced a significant challenge in 2024: the unique selling points (USPs) that once set the festival apart had faded due to increasing competition. The question was clear: how do you redefine a brand identity to stand out again in a saturated market?

Our Approach

We organized an intensive brainstorming session with the By The Creek team to rediscover the essence of By The Creek. Through in-depth analyses of the mission, vision, why, how, what, core values, and pillars, we found out that the festival needs review the creative concept.
