The Challenge
Valhalla Festival, the largest indoor house and techno festival in the Netherlands, struggled with slow ticket sales, often selling out only weeks before the event. The task was to enhance the brand, speed up ticket sales, and transition to data-driven operations.
Our Approach
We built a Customer Data Platform (CDP), perfected pre-registration strategy (now used globally), and introduced data-driven thinking at Valhalla and ID&T. Our comprehensive marketing efforts spanned social media, website management, Google, online ads, and large-scale offline campaigns including posters, billboards, metro stations, ferries, pop-up shops in Amsterdam, and even pop-up parties in public transport. Under our management, Valhalla achieved its best-selling editions.
